Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed the moment your watch leaves our Tulsa shop so you can follow it to your door.
Yes to all 50 states, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories. PO Box delivery is available via USPS Priority. Alaska and Hawaii ship with standard free shipping on orders over $100 — no surcharges.
Yes — overnight and 2-day shipping are available at checkout. We still dispatch same-day (before 2pm CST) so your watch can be on your wrist within 24 hours with overnight shipping.
Every shipment is fully insured. If your watch arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email TulsaTimepieces@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full — we handle the carrier claim ourselves, so it never becomes your problem.
