Four Checkpoints Every Watch Must Pass
Before a single watch is ordered, our supplier's authorized-dealer credentials are verified against Invicta's distributor list. We log the wholesaler ID, batch number, and origin warehouse for every shipment that enters our workshop.
Every watch is unboxed under a loupe. Serial numbers on the caseback are cross-referenced against the model reference, the warranty card, and the documentation on the box. Any mismatch — even a single digit — and the watch is returned to the supplier.
Movement is wound, regulated, and tested for accuracy. Crown screws down properly. Bezel rotates with a clean 120-click action. Crystal is checked for clarity and edge finish. Bracelet links are inspected for tooling marks. Everything moves the way Invicta engineered it to.
The watch is fitted to your specified wrist size, returned to its original Invicta box, and packed with the original tags, warranty booklet, and our Tulsa Timepiece authentication card. The outer shipping box is sealed by hand. Only then does it leave our workshop.
