Are these watches really authentic?

Yes — every single one. We source directly from trusted wholesalers and distributors, never from auctions or anonymous resellers. Every order ships with a written Authenticity Card.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every watch carries the full manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on brand) plus our own written authenticity guarantee for life.

How long does shipping take?

2–5 business days standard, 1–2 with express upgrade. Free over $100. Every order ships within 24 hours from our Tulsa workshop and is fully insured.

Can I return a watch?

Yes — 30 days, no restocking fees, no questions asked. The watch must come back unworn with the original box and tag.

Will the bracelet be sized for my wrist?

If you tell us your wrist size at checkout (or call after ordering), we'll size the bracelet in the workshop before it ships — no extra charge.

Do you buy or trade watches?

Not at the moment. We focus entirely on selling authenticated pieces from our supplier network.

How do I reach a real person?
